Saturday, September 20th arrive Sao Paulo.
-Visit Sao Paulo with our great guide Gustavo Ribeiro who will also guide us through the next 10 days as we visit parts of Brazil Gu knows best.

Sunday, September 21 travel to Presidente Prudente (stay 4 nights).
- This is Gustavo' home where we will spend a few days with his parents, Maria and Augusto.
We will enjoy the pool and barbecue a lot....

Thursday, September 25 travel to Campo Grande to see Ana and Ivan Paula (stay 1 night).
- Ana and Ivan are Gustavo's sister and brother in law.

Friday, September 26th travel to Pantanal Park Hotel (stay 3 nights).
- Hotel owned by the Ribeiro family

Monday, September 29th travel to Bonito (stay 2 nights).
- Nice caves, you have the option of diving, snorkeling or riding the boat on very clear water

Wednesday, October 1st fly to Iguaçu Falls (stay 2 nights).

-October 2 - Foz do Iguassu-After breakfast your guide will pick you up at the hotel for a Half Day tour to the Brazilian side of the magnificent Iguassu Falls. Following the walkways that border the canyon of the Iguassu River, it is possible to observe hundreds of small waterfalls until where the last fall Floriano Falls is reached. There you will have a complete frontal view of Devils Throat. In the afternoon a visit to the Argentinean side of the falls, getting in Argentina through the Tancredo Neves bridge, built on the Iguassu River. Trails through the 55.500 hectares reserve (30 km far from the Hotel) provide the pleasure of a different, more complete view of the falls, specially the biggest one, the Devils Throat. Lower and upper walkways permit a closer look at the waterfalls. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon, the rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in your hotel.

October 3rd fly to Rio (stay 3 nights).
-TAM LINHAS AEREAS - FLT: 3152 leave IGUASSU FALLS 4:30pm arrive terminal 2 RIO JANEIRO GIG 6:30pm -October 3 - Foz do Iguassu to Rio de Janeiro - Depending the departure time of your flight, time at leisure or optional excursions. One hour before your flight your guide will drop you off at the airport of Foz do Iguaçu in time for your domestic flight. After arrival at the International airport of Rio de Janeiro, our English speaking guide welcomes you (with name board) and leads you to the car/microvan for the transfer to your hotel. During this 45-minutes drive he will give you the first introduction to this marvelous city and at the Hotel Sol Ipanema he will assist you with check-in, if necessary. -October 4 - Rio de Janeiro - After breakfast your guide will pick you up at the hotel at 09.00AM for a half day visit to the Corcovado Mountain. beautiful postcard of Rio de Janeiro: Christ the Redeemer statue in the mountain of Corcovado, located at 710 meters above the sea level and inaugurated in 1931. This tour begins in Cosme Velhos neighborhood from where the cog train starts a trip through the Tijuca Forest, the largest urban forest in the world, up to the statue. Once there, a panoramic and extraordinary view of Rio will be seeing including the Sugar Loaf, the Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Southern Zone and the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon. After the visit of the Corcovado, the tour will continue to São Conrado area with a brief stop at the Pepino beach.
Around noon your guide will drop you off at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
-October 5 - Rio de Janeiro - Day at leisure. Enjoy the beaches, discover the city using the excellent subway connections or make an optional excursion (see section Rio de Janeiro). Overnight in your hotel.

October 6th fly to Salvador (stay 3 nights).

-October 6 - Rio de Janeiro to Salvador / Praia do Forte -The guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the airport in time for your domestic flight, one or two hours before departure time.
After arrival at the International Airport of Salvador, our English-speaking guide will welcome you, assist you with your luggage, and
take care of the transfer to Praia do Forte (approx.1,5 hour). Arrival at Hotel Porto da Lua, and the rest of the day at leasure
-October 7 - Praia do Forte - Day at leisure in Praia do Forte. Relax on the beach, make an ecological tour, go whale-watching, horse-riding, etc. Overnight in Hotel Porto do Forte
- Start to take until finished the Melarone Tablets for Melaria.
-October 8 - At 10:00 am, the guide will pick you up at hotel and transfer to Salvador to Hotel Vila Gale - (Pelourinho) after lunch, the guide will pick up for (4 hour) city tour historic (pelourinho). Overnight at Hotel Vila Gale. http://www.vilagale.pt/pages/hoteis/?hotel=16

October 9th fly to Manaus/Amazon (stay 6 nights).
-TAM LINHAS AEREAS - FLT:3304 leave SALVADOR 9:15am arrive MANAUS 1:35pm via BRASILIA -October 9 - Praia do Forte - Salvador - Depending the departure time of your flight, time at leisure or optional excursions. The guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to the airport in time for your domestic flight to Manaus.
-October 10, 11, - Manaus (wedding October 10th) Free for your leisure.
-October 12 – Manaus – Amazon Ecopark Lodge - Pick-up at 01h30 pm on Hotel ??? and transfer to the Ceasa Docks. Short visit to the Meeting of the Waters by boat and transfer to the Amazon Ecopark Lodge. Dinner and evening tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting .Overnight at the lodge.
-October 13 – Amazon Ecopark Lodge - Breakfast followed by Nature-Hike.
Lunch.
- Call American Airlines 0300 789 778 to confirm flight home.
After a short rest, visit to the home of local Amazonian residents”
(“caboclos”) with an opportunity
for Piranha Fishing. Dinner and overnight.
-October 14 – Amazon Ecopark Lodge to Manaus - Breakfast and visit to the Monkey Jungle.
Check-out at 11h30 and transfer to Manaus.

October 15th leave to go home to Vancouver.
